A painter's table, work in progress

This is another reclaimed canvas, but I'm almost out of them ; ) You can see in the first picture I've sketched in my drawing, and so on down the line. It's on top of a still life. Plan on finishing it tomorrow.

Once again, I am loving the depth of your reclaimed canvas. Such beautiful line, shape and color! Are these acrylics or oils? Do you sand in between?

Je trouve absolument fascinant le fait de nous montrer l'évolution de votre travail... On voit naître peu à peu à travers une ancienne peinture la "nouvelle génération"!... Des couleurs, des formes se concrétisent pour notre plus grand plaisir...
gros bisous

Thank you Martine and Mary. Mary, these are acrylic so I just paint right over top!

Inspiring!!! Such a great way of recycling old canvasses and getting rid of the work we are unhappy with :0)

This is yet another great painting. But since you are running out of canvases that need to be reclaimed, it is time for you to start pumping out some bad paintings. Email me if you need any tips or help on how to do that. :P

The previous still life painting is just beautiful!

Great works Kim. You must have powerful sense of concentration. I think I would loose my focus, trying to paint a new composition over an old one.

So fun to see the process. Can be confusing in the beginning with all that going on in the background.

This is just awesome Kim. There's something really FASCINATING about seeing this painting emerge on top of the other one. I love it. :)
